Jundo for Horse Racing

The JUNDO PREDICTOR© can predict times for Horse Races on the Flat run either on Turf or Dirt.

It can be used to help predict the best possible times of races, regardless of the calibre of the horse, whether they are Group 1 calibre or novices. The only criteria required is that they have been trained and jockeyed with dedication and can run run all the distances under consideration as well as their ability allows.

For all races, the minimum input distance (or distance for predictions) is 3/4 Mile or 6 furlongs or 1207m. It is NOT suitable to predict times for races shorter than this or use distances shorter than this as input.

All races are assumed to be run in the same contemporary "form", either for current race predictions or historic ones, i.e. if you are using a 1 Mile time and a 1 Mile time to predict a Mile or 1 Mile or 1 Mile time, it is assumed the 1 Mile and 1 Mile races were run in the same "form" (i.e. at least in the same year). All races are assumed also to have been run with the same weight of the horse, same weight of jockey, same handicap weight, on flat courses at the same altitude and atmospheric and ground conditions.

The races must also be of a comparable "quality" in order to be useful as input. The "quality" evaluation can only be ascertained through one's personal experience:

i.e. A horse who can run 1 Miles in 2'00.00 but runs 1 Miles in only 2'40.00 does NOT have races of a comparable "quality" and predictions for Mile and 1 Mile using those inputs will NOT be realistic. In this case, another comparable "quality" time is required with the 1 Mile one - In the "real world", we are most likely to be concerned with the horse's predicted 1 Mile time and should use their current (season's best) Mile time in conjunction with their 1 time time to predict their 1 Mile time.
